We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and serve our community.

Job Summary:
As an Insurance Sales Representative with Shannon Gilbertson State Farm, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending tailored State Farm products to protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and lives. You will be an ambassador of the State Farm brand, committed to providing outstanding service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a strong client base through community outreach, networking, referrals, and proactive sales efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ insurance and financial needs.
  • Present and explain State Farm Insurance products, including auto, home, renters, life, health, and commercial insurance.
  • Develop customized insurance plans that provide optimal coverage and value for clients.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using State Farm’s CRM and systems.
  • Stay current on State Farm products, promotions, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Shannon Gilbertson and the agency team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role preferred.
  • Active State insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing promptly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service aligned with State Farm’s values.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
